ZDN VRcade Membership Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the ZDN Elite Gamers Club! By subscribing to our membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Membership Overview The ZDN Elite Gamers Club (“Membership”) provides you with unlimited access to select virtual reality (VR) games, discounts on premium VR experiences, priority booking, and exclusive access to members-only events at ZDN VRcade (“VRcade”).
- Membership Fee The Membership fee is ¥7500 per month (with a monthly subscription discount), granting you access to all membership benefits as outlined on our website and promotional materials.
- Sign-Up and Payment Membership can be initiated either online through our website or in person at our VRcade. Payment of the monthly membership fee is required to activate your membership.
- Included Games Unlimited access is provided to a curated selection of VR games, with the list of available titles subject to regular updates. Please refer to our website or inquire at our location for the current list of included games.
- Discounts Members receive a 10% discount on premium VR experiences. This discount can be combined with other offers for up to a total of 25% off. Discounts are applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.
- Cancellation Policy You may cancel your membership at any time without any long-term commitments. To cancel, please follow the cancellation process outlined on our website or contact our staff. Cancellations must be processed at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the next month.
- Use of Membership Membership benefits are available for use any time during the month, subject to availability and operating hours of the VRcade. Games can be booked in 20-minute intervals, one appointment at a time, with the option to extend if availability permits.
- Non-transferability Membership is individual and non-transferable. Benefits cannot be shared with or transferred to family members, friends, or any other individuals.
- Members-Only Events Members will have exclusive access to special events, gaming nights, and tournaments. Details and announcements for such events will be made on our website and social media channels.
- Changes to Terms ZDN VRcade reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Membership after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
- Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
