Deposit: A $50 refundable deposit is required, it is applied towards the total price and is transferable to other dates as long as we are notified at least 48 hours before the party. Refunds after this time are given as a gift card.

ZDN Studios Party Terms and Conditions

  • Booking and Payment:
    • All party bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance.
    • A minimum of $50 deposit is required to confirm your party.
    • Full payment is due 2 days before the party. We accept credit card, and debit card.
    • If you need to cancel your party, please do so at least 2 days before the scheduled date for a full refund less any processing fees (4%).
  • Age Restrictions:
    • Some experiences have age restrictions. Please ensure all participants meet the age requirement for the chosen package.
  • Safety and Equipment Use:
    • All participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions for equipment use.
    • Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the termination of the party without a refund.
  • Liability and Waivers:
    • All participants agree by participating that ZDN Studios is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the party.
  • Damage to Equipment: Any intentional damage to equipment will be charged to the party responsible.
  • Food and Drinks:
    • No Outside food and drinks permitted.
    • Catering options are available for purchase from our partner restaurant, YOLO Kitchen.
    • Cake and ice cream are allowed.
  • Conduct:
    • ZDN Studios reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if they are causing a disturbance or behaving inappropriately.
  • By booking a party with ZDN Studios, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
