Free-Roam VR Birthday
Your reservation includes 2 hours of shared free-roam VR arena time plus 30 minutes of dedicated party and break time.
Four guests can play at the same time. Larger groups are welcome and rotate between VR sessions. Individual VR play time depends on your group size and how your group chooses to rotate.
Your 30 minutes of party time is flexible. Take a food and cake break halfway through, use it near the end, or schedule it wherever works best for your celebration.

How the Party Works
Four guests play together at a time. Bigger group? Rotate players and keep the party moving.
2 Hours of Shared Arena Time
Your party receives two hours of shared free-roam VR arena time. Choose from our available multiplayer experiences and switch games throughout the session.
4 Play Together
Four guests can enter the free-roam experience simultaneously. Larger groups rotate between sessions, so individual play time depends on your group size and rotations.
Take Your Break When You Want
Your reservation also includes 30 minutes for food, cake, gifts or a break. Many parties use it midway through the VR session, but the timing is flexible.
Bringing More Than 4 Players?
That's fine. Your party isn't limited to four guests. Four people can play inside the free-roam arena at one time, while larger groups rotate between sessions. Tell us how many people plan to play when requesting your date so we can help you organize the rotations.

Game Selection
Our free-roam library includes family-friendly games, action experiences, competitive games, puzzles and more. ZDN staff can help choose experiences based on age, interests and comfort level.
Cake & Ice Cream
Birthday cake and ice cream are welcome. Your party has a reserved seating area and 30 minutes of flexible party time for cake, food, gifts or a break.
Optional Food Packages
Food is not included in the $175 party price. Optional food packages are available and can be added after we confirm your party date.
Staff Assistance
ZDN staff handles the VR equipment, game setup, safety instructions and player assistance throughout the VR portion of your party.
Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is applied toward the final party total. Full payment is due two days before the party.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Contact us at least 48 hours before the party if you need to cancel or reschedule. Eligible refunds may be subject to applicable processing fees.
Weekday Party Discount
Save 10% on eligible birthday parties scheduled Monday through Thursday with a start time of 5:00 PM or later. Holiday dates are excluded.
Location & Parking
ZDN VRcade is located on the second floor at 2-8-25 Kurumamachi, Iwakuni. Parking is available in the lot beside the building. Please use the spaces on the left-hand side.

If your schedule is flexible, weekday evening parties offer the same VR experience at a lower price.
Monday – Thursday
Book an eligible birthday party Monday through Thursday with a start time of 5:00 PM or later and receive our weekday discount. Holiday dates are excluded.

The $175 Free-Roam Birthday is our recommended party, but shorter sessions and larger private events are available.

Birthday Party FAQ
Does every guest get two hours of VR?
The party includes two hours of shared arena time. Four guests can play inside the free-roam VR experience simultaneously. For groups larger than four, players rotate between sessions, so each person's individual VR play time depends on the size of the group and how the rotations are organized.
Is there a four-person limit?
No. Four people can play VR together at one time, but your overall party can be larger. Larger groups rotate between VR sessions.
Do you charge per player?
The featured Free-Roam Birthday is priced as a party reservation rather than as four individual tickets. Four guests play at once, and larger groups rotate. For especially large groups, contact us before booking so we can make sure the party format will work well.
Is the reservation two hours or two and a half hours?
The full reservation is 2.5 hours. It includes two hours of shared free-roam arena time plus 30 minutes of party / break time.
Do we have to wait until the end to eat or have cake?
No. Your 30 minutes of party time is flexible. Many groups take a food and cake break midway through the VR session, while others use the time later in the party.
Is food included?
No. Food is not included in the $175 base party price. Optional food packages are available and can be added after your party date is confirmed.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
Yes. Birthday cake and ice cream are welcome. Other outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Can parents and non-playing guests attend?
Yes. Non-playing guests may attend the celebration. Let us know approximately how many people you expect so we can prepare the party area appropriately.
Do we need to choose the VR games ahead of time?
No. Players can choose from our available free-roam VR experiences during the party. ZDN staff can also recommend games based on age, interests and comfort level.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed after the required $50 deposit has been paid. The deposit is applied toward your final party balance.
